Labor Doulas in San Diego County

San Diego is fortunate to have some outstanding Labor (Birth) Doulas. It is really important that you (the pregnant mom) interview at least 3. Your birth companion (husband, partner, boyfriend) should also feel comfortable with that person. Doulas not only provide incredible emotional support but studies have shown that they reduce the need for a c-section by up to 50%. They also reduce the need for chemical anesthesia signicantly. (Ask the doulas, they know they statistics better than I do!)
